The mobile tour of the Maine State House was funded by a grant from the Maine State Bicentennial Commission. Many executive and legislative offices provided time, expertise, advice, and insights at every turn and included individuals from: the Maine State Museum, Maine Historic Preservation Commission, Maine State Library, Department of Administrative and Financial Services, House Clerk’s Office, Legislative Council, and Secretary of the Senate’s Office. Individuals, agencies, and companies that permitted use of their photographs in the tour are credited in the tour’s images.
